Her expertise includes government and diversity initiatives, leadership, workforce development, and entrepreneurship education.
After restructuring her firm in 2016 and changing her business model to become a Next Generation Organization, it went from 1 employee to 4 in less than 2 years. In 2018, she received the Onyx Woman Leadership Award for Business Advocate of the Year!
