—Dr. Danielle Davis, 2020
Our Pittsburgh-based company, founded and led by Dr. Danielle Davis, is a professional service firm established in 2011 as a business solutions and non-profit consultant. Celebrating 5 years of business in 2016, she pursued corporate and government contracts to meet the market needs of the region and adjust to trends in the industry.
In 2017, re-structured strategically as a community economic development (CED) firm to promote sustainability, build wealth, and create jobs. DCS hosted its inaugural “Collective Community Impact”. These efforts help to build a more diverse and strengthened region by blending economic and community development to address its problems.
Through strategic alliances with a network of expert associates, our team delivers you customized coaching, consulting, training, and management solutions. These socially and economically viable solutions help save money, increase capacity, meet participation goals, streamline processes, and improve outreach.
DCS is certified with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Government as a small diverse, minority, women owned and Section 3 business. We stand ready to help with new business formation, improving efficiency and expansion of existing firms, workforce development, and organizational resiliency.
