DEI Series 1 w/ Duquesne University: How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Can Drive Growth

This introductory session will amplify participants’ understanding of why diversity, equity, and inclusion practices are critical to businesses’ future growth and prosperity. Diversity management practitioners and human resource leaders will provide a blueprint to strategies in the workplace that include best practices and foundational elements of Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI):

  • Why DEI is important in the workplace
  • Concepts in Action through Case Stories
  • How to apply the four cornerstones of diversity in the workplace
  • The IDEAL solution and action steps that build strengths from differences

This is the first of a four-part program that guides small businesses on how to foster the necessary behavioral and systemic understanding to drive strategic change in the workplace. Participants that complete all four sessions will receive a certificate of completion.  Registration is incomplete until the pre-workshop survey is received.
