Payment Terms
When you make a purchase, You will abide by the payment options outlined on the sales page. Payment must be remitted at time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Payment is received in USD currency. Payments are received through Paypal and you agree to abide by their terms of service when you remit payment. You agree once you make a purchase to not issue a chargeback through the entity you chose to remit payment for our Services and agree to abide by the Refund Policy outlined in this terms of service. If a chargeback is issued, you forfeit any future Services to be provided by Davis Consulting Solutions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the consulting/coaching relationship of our Services:
Once your payment has been received and we have accepted the engagement, this offer may not be canceled for any reason, and payments are to be made at the times specified. However, you may schedule, postpone or delay this engagement as your needs dictate without penalty and without time limit, subject only to mutually agreeable time frames in the future.
You may not cancel your Service after it’s been rendered. Please see our refund policy if you are unsatisfied with our Services. If you decide to cancel or no longer would like to receive a Service you purchased, you may cancel your service within 2 business days after you make a purchase or within 7 business days of when your Service will begin. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds except in cases where the materials are unreadable.
Please note: if you opt for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our collection agency. Davis Consulting Solutions specifically disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of a course of dealing or usage of trade. Davis Consulting Solutions takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other person or third party posts or sends using our Service. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that’s inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose. If you’re a consumer in the EEA, we don’t exclude or limit any liability for gross negligence, intent, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
