This is the third session of a four-part program that guides small businesses on fostering the necessary behavioral and systemic understanding to drive strategic change in the workplace. Participants that complete all four sessions will receive a certificate of completion.

This developmental training will equip participants with the knowledge of the traits of a next-generation organization and workforce that embraces DEI and incorporates shared leadership.

Everyone gains when diverse members share their perspectives and are encouraged to inform others about transformative business practices from other backgrounds and their lived experiences. It allows opportunities to build from strengths for innovative ideas and viable solutions around industry trends and gaining entrance to other markets. This session provides a DEI framework and tools to design a strategy that incorporates shared leadership and inclusive practices throughout the company. It ties DEI to CEO activism and corporate social responsibility; while building cultural competencies for the workplace.
Diversity management practitioners and human resource leaders will cover NGO best practices to:
  • Manage organizational change with the four cornerstones of diversity, shared leadership practices, and policies
  • Learn transformative practices that leverage staff’s unique strengths, improve talent retention,
